Terri Maher Foust serves as the Operations Manager at Collens-Wagner Insurance, where her passion for helping others drives everything she does. With a career at the agency spanning back to 1994, Terri is dedicated to ensuring that both clients and colleagues receive the support they need. She believes strongly in the agency’s mission: “the agency is here to help its clients,” and she plays a key role in making that mission a reality every day.

In her role, Terri oversees essential operational functions, including personnel coordination, scheduling, accounting, and reporting. Her deep institutional knowledge and decades of experience enable her to keep the agency running smoothly.

Terri holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from York Technical Institute, a foundation that supports her expertise in financial processes and operational management.

Outside of work, Terri is deeply committed to serving her community. She has been a registered leader in Scouts BSA for over 25 years, volunteers regularly at her church, and hosts a weekly life group. She also enjoys traveling with her husband in their RV, embracing the opportunity to explore, relax, and recharge.

With her extensive experience, heart for service, and unwavering dedication to helping others, Terri continues to be an essential part of the Collens-Wagner team.
